- Emotional Competency Inventory: a 360º assessment instrument
that measures the developmental level in each of the 18 competencies
that makes up Emotional Intelligence.
- Signature Strengths Assessment Test.
- Road Map meeting(s) to review assessments and set goals (three
hours).
- Optional one hour meeting with client and manager to clarify
client goals.
- Five months of coaching via teleconference: standard format
is weekly 40-minute meetings, three times per month. Other formats

- Recommendations for future goals.
