Directed Conversations™ Facilitation

Directed Conversations is a high impact service created exclusively to aid CEO's and primary decision makers in an organization.

When people feel disenfranchised, trust has been shaken, conflict is not being resolved, decisions are continually postponed or the vision needs to be redefined — more training is not the answer.

Key components in exemplary leadership are having a clear and compelling vision, the ability to communicate, motivate and inspire people toward that vision and the power to "pull the trigger." A breakdown in any of these areas will dampen the spirit of the entire organization and produce mediocre results.

A Directed Conversation is an intentionally designed process for generating superior results between people and for implementing those results organizationally.

A Directed Conversation demands that all participants speak honestly, act with courage, hold the bar high, reach "above the bar" and stay the course.

A Directed Conversation is a different conversation; it is bold, courageous and commanding. Its purpose is to influence, initiate and execute meaningful, profitable change in an organization.
