TESTIMONIALS
"This was probably the best self-building class I have ever taken. Changing my reaction and how I handle conflicts and stress has changed my life forever. In a three-month period I have become more organized, improved relationships both at home and in the workplace, and have decreased my stress level of everyday life tenfold. Most of all I found my smile again."

Managing the Moment® Program

Creating an Emotionally Intelligent Workforce

Managing the Moment Program (MTM) is designed to create a workforce that is fully engaged in cohesive, positive relationships that work together to reach your business objectives.

An organization's success depends on each employee's ability to sustain high levels of performance. Sustained performance depends on the ability to successfully manage three key areas of Relationship Management:

  • Relationship with Self
  • Relationship with Colleagues
  • Relationship with Work

How people manage one relationship immediately impacts the other two. For example, an employee who is unable to manage his frustration at a staff meeting affects the productivity of both his colleagues and himself during the meeting and for the rest of the day.

1. What will my employees learn in this program?

The MTM Tool Set Includes:

  • How the four dimensions of emotional intelligence relate to success — through Emotional Intelligence Training.
  • How to manage and minimize the mental, emotional and physical impact of stress — through tools and education in the Physiology of Performance.
  • How to dramatically improve personal satisfaction, workplace relationships and productivity — through the Relationship Management™ process.

  • How to integrate the MTM concepts and tools into real-time situations and relationships — through customized individual coaching.
2. How many coaching sessions will my employees receive?

The Managing the Moment Program is a three-month, multi-phase program. Two days of comprehensive classroom instruction is followed by nine customized individual coaching sessions to anchor learned skills and change behavior.
Month One: Two-day workshop and three customized coaching sessions for each employee
Month Two: Three customized coaching sessions for each employee plus the Managing the Moment Coaching Column
Month Three: Three customized coaching sessions for each employee plus the Managing the Moment Coaching Column
On-going Support: Managing the Moment graduates receive quarterly follow-up for one year after the completion of the program.

3. How long is each coaching session?
  Each session is 40 minutes.
4. If my employees cannot complete all 9 sessions in three months do they lose the sessions?
We understand that business travel, important meetings and illness can disrupt employees' schedules; therefore, we allow each person four months to complete the coaching.
5. Can I purchase just the two-day workshop and not the coaching?
No. Because workshops alone do not produce sustainable results, we do not offer any stand-alone workshops.
6. The Managing the Moment graduates receive quarterly follow-up for one year after the completion of the program. What does this consist of?
At the conclusion of the program all graduates complete an individual Road Map for Sustainable Results. This interactive tool assists clients in staying on track with their results. It is mailed quarterly to each graduate with instructions to update the coach on their progress.
7. Do you have any follow-up courses to the Managing the Moment Program?
Yes, we have a Managing the Moment Refresher Course, which consists of a one-day workshop and six individual coaching sessions.
